We build review lanes for document-heavy work that someone has to sign for in the end. Agents read, reconcile and prepare. Every step carries an approval by a named person and a replay log.

01 · Booklets
Worksheets for fiduciary and property management firms, built on one anonymised pilot. Each needs only your own records: an export, a contract, a month of receipts or a day of email.

For one working day, count the emails that come in and the replies that go out the same day. Afterwards you see whether the hours sit in the volume or in a queue waiting for approval.

02 · What a review lane does
A review lane does not replace a professional. It takes over the reading, sorting and reconciling, and puts a result in front of that person to check before it takes effect anywhere.
Contracts, exports and files are read in full and checked against each other: what was agreed, what was recorded and what was invoiced or evidenced.
Every review rule is written in plain language. Anyone who questions a result can see which rule applied and which document it rests on.
03 · How a review runs
Every review lane is built the same way. What changes from firm to firm are the sources and the rules. Never the approval and never the log.
Only the documents and exports the engagement needs. Access is agreed in writing before the first file is read.
Agents read, sort and reconcile against agreed rules. Anything that does not fit is flagged and never silently corrected.
A named person in your firm reviews the result and approves or rejects it. Without approval, nothing leaves the review lane.
Every step is recorded: which document, which rule, who approved it and when. Even a year later, every decision can be replayed.
04 · System boundary
The boundary is written into the contract before the start, not into the small print of a piece of software.
They read everything, not a sample.
They sort, recalculate and flag every exception with a reference to its source. The five-hundredth file gets the same attention as the first.
Without approval they decide nothing and send nothing.
They decide. On every approval, every exception and every statement that leaves the firm.
At financial institutions, the decision stays with the people who are licensed and responsible for it. Grow Amplified prepares and documents, but never decides in their place.
05 · Where we work
Wherever many documents have to be read and checked against each other, and in the end one person answers for the result.
Fiduciary and property management
Mandate contracts against time records and invoices. What sits inside the flat fee, what would be billable and what appears on no invoice at all.
Financial institutions
File review for institutions in remediation, wind-down or liquidation. Bring the documents together, check them against the profile, flag every gap with its source.
Back office for owner-led firms
For owner-led service firms whose owner carries every decision personally. Each process is costed in your own hours first, then built.
06 · Pilot
In a pilot with a fiduciary firm, the review lane read two mandate contracts against six time-tracking exports. Afterwards the firm wanted a whole mandate run through it.
One pilot is not an average and not a promise. We show it because it is the only measured number we have today.

Our motto
Less Admin
MORE Margin
Less typing, searching and reconciling. More hours that end up on an invoice.
07 · Principles
Not as an attitude but as a build specification. A review lane that fails one of them does not go live.
No result takes effect outside the lane before a named person has approved it.
Which document, which rule, who approved it and when. Every decision can be replayed later.
Every review lane has a named owner on your side. The documentation is written during the build, not afterwards.
Client data is processed in Switzerland. A data processing agreement is in place before any data is accessed.
Every process is first costed in your own hours at your own internal rate. You decide with the arithmetic in front of you, not with an estimate from us.
Grow Amplified carries out no activity that requires a FINMA licence or membership of a self-regulatory organisation. We prepare. The people responsible decide.
08 · Who is behind it
Timon Wick
Founder and Managing Director
15 years in banking and consulting, in transformation and finance operations. The processes Timon Wick built there had to survive a question that often came a year later.
Grow Amplified builds that question into every review lane before anyone asks it.
Career
No. The agents prepare results and flag exceptions. A named person in your firm reviews the result and approves or rejects it. Without approval, nothing takes effect outside the lane.
No. The starting point is your existing documents and exports. In the first call we clarify the process, the available sources and the boundaries. Only then do we decide what gets built.
Bring one process to a 25-minute first call: a recurring review, a stack of documents or a task that always lands on your desk. Together we assess whether a review lane pays off for it.
Access and scope are agreed in writing before the first file is read. Before that, we sign a confidentiality agreement and a data processing agreement. Processing takes place in Switzerland.
In the fiduciary pilot, the review lane read two mandate contracts against six time-tracking exports, in one day instead of an estimated four weeks. Afterwards the firm wanted a whole mandate run through it. That is a single pilot, not an average and not a promise.
10 · First call
25 minutes, one process that still lands on your desk today. You leave with a first view of whether a review lane pays for itself there.
