Where a review lane works, and where it stops.
Each field is described as a workflow: what goes in, what the agents do, who approves, what comes out, what is recorded and what happens when something does not fit.
Fiduciary and property management
For fiduciary firms and property managers whose fees are tied to mandate contracts, flat fees and cost caps.
Pilot 2026
Two mandate contracts against six time-tracking exports. Estimated: four weeks. Done: in one day.
One pilot, firm anonymised. Not an average and not a promise.
AStarting point
Flat fees swallow effort that nobody recalculates. Work is recorded as billable and never reaches an invoice. By hand the check takes weeks, so it does not happen.
BWhat the review lane does
It reads mandate contracts, addenda, time-tracking exports and invoices and lays them over each other. For each mandate it shows what sits inside the flat fee, what would be billable and what appears on no invoice.
CApproval
The responsible person decides line by line: invoice it, change the contract or leave it as it is on purpose. Without that decision nothing goes to a client.
DOutput and evidence
A list per mandate, each line with its clause in the contract and its entry in the time records. The replay log records which file was checked against which rule and who decided what.
EWhen something does not fit
Anything the rules cannot assign clearly goes to the responsible person as an open question. Not into the result as a silent assumption.
File review for financial institutions
For institutions that have to make a large number of client files ready for review. Especially in remediation, wind-down or liquidation, where time and specialist hours are short.
Limits
- ×No activity that requires a FINMA licence or membership of a self-regulatory organisation.
- ×No decisions on client relationships and no reports to authorities on the institution's behalf.
- ×No access to client data without the institution's written mandate.
AStarting point
Hundreds of client relationships whose documents were filed over years in different systems. Every file has to be complete, consistent and traceable before anyone can decide on it.
BWhat the review lane does
It brings the documents together per client relationship, checks them against the client profile and flags gaps and contradictions with their source. Each file ends as a review pack.
CApproval and decision
Decisions on client relationships are taken only by the institution's responsible people or by the agents appointed by the supervisor. Grow Amplified prepares, documents and answers questions about how each review was done.
DOutput and evidence
One review pack per file: sources, reconciled data, open points and the log of every review step. Built so that a second person can follow it without asking.
EData and confidentiality
Processing in Switzerland, a data processing agreement before the first access, every access logged. Confidentiality duties are passed on contractually to everyone involved.
FHow it starts
With a limited number of files and a measured result. Only then is the rest decided.
Back office for owner-led firms
For service firms where proposals, staffing, pricing and capacity all run through one person.
What we do not sell
- ×Software licences
- ×Temporary staff
- ×Automation that runs without approval
AStarting point
The owner often works as the most senior administrator in their own firm. More staff changes little, because the decisions still land on the same desk.
BAudit, one week
A process map of your coordination work, the cost of each process in your own hours at your own internal rate and the three biggest levers, ranked. The fee is credited in full against the next step.
CBuild, 90 days
One process goes live every week. Every agent with approval and a replay log, documentation written during the build, and every review lane with a named owner inside your firm who is not you.
DOutput
An hour count you can recalculate yourself. Not our estimate, your own numbers.
EAfterwards, if you want it
Ongoing care of the existing review lanes and one more process every month.
