Privacy notice
This website uses no cookies and no tracking. What is still processed is set out here, under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
01 · Controller
The controller for the processing of personal data is Grow Amplified GmbH, Dammstrasse 16, 6300 Zug, Switzerland. Please send data protection requests to office@growamplified.com.
When you visit the website
The website loads fonts, scripts and images from its own server and from no third party. There are no cookies, no analytics tools and no embedded third-party content. Your language choice (German or English) is stored only locally in your browser.
Settings in your browser
So that your choices are kept for your next visit, the website stores at most four entries in your browser's local storage: language (ga-lang), light or dark mode (ga-theme), sound on or off (ga-sound) and that you closed the privacy notice (ga-notice). These are not cookies. The entries never leave your device, contain no personal data and can be deleted in your browser settings at any time. The music is only loaded when you press the sound button and comes from this website itself.
The hosting provider (name and country once chosen) processes technically necessary data in server logs when a page is requested: IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser type. This data is used only to deliver the website and protect it from misuse.
When you contact us
If you write an email or call, we process your details to answer your request and to prepare a possible engagement.
To book a first call we use Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). When you book a slot, Calendly passes your name, email address, the chosen time and any details you add to us. Calendly also processes this data in the USA. Calendly's own privacy notice applies in addition.
Data from engagements
We process our clients' documents and data only on the basis of a signed data processing agreement and a confidentiality agreement. Processing takes place in Switzerland. Every processing step is recorded in the replay log.
Retention
We keep personal data as long as its purpose requires. Business records are kept for the statutory period of ten years.
Your rights
You can at any time request information about your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing and request a copy of your data. An email to office@growamplified.com is enough. You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Changes
We update this notice when the website or our processing changes. The version published here applies.
