03 · Questions
What usually gets asked first.
Do the agents replace staff?
No. They take over reading and reconciling. Decisions, approvals and everything that leaves the firm stay with your people.
What happens when an agent is wrong?
The responsible person rejects the result, and the replay log shows which rule applied to which document. An error caught before approval is the reason approval exists.
Do we need new software?
Usually not. The review lane works with the exports and documents you already have.
What does it cost?
It depends on the process. That is why we first calculate it in your own hours. You then get a fixed price with a clear start and end before you commit to anything.
Is Grow Amplified licensed by FINMA?
No, and that is deliberate. Grow Amplified carries out no activity that requires a FINMA licence or membership of a self-regulatory organisation. We prepare and document reviews. The people who are licensed and responsible decide.
Who works on our engagement?
Timon Wick leads every engagement personally. The build is done with a permanent development team. Everyone involved is bound to confidentiality by contract.
